early morning quandry.

the question really is...
what do you do at 3:42 AM after you have read all the news and the only thing on the tube are infomercials and god shows?

sleep eludes me.

guts have been a turmoil and i woke up last night in a pool of sweat.
lovely, eh? today i started a no caffeine rule for myself... hope it helps.
work aint so good for me, at times.
